Marketing Specialist – HOVAL Bulgaria
Basic information about the company and the position:
Main activities of work in marketing:
- Execution of tasks assigned by the company management
- Planning and organizing advertising and marketing campaigns
- Updating the content on the website
- Regular maintenance of the company blog
- E-mail marketing (newsletters, invitations to training)
- Website automation via Salesmanago / Microsoft Dynamics
- Maintaining the company's profile on LinkedIn
- Preparation and updating of advertising and marketing materials
- Organizing events
- Cooperation in document translations
- Updating content in company applications
- Campaigns for generating potential customers
- Support for the sales and service department
- Creation of databases
- Conducting marketing campaigns in line with the strategy for each quarterly period
- Creation of advertising materials (brochures, flyers, labels) in cooperation with the team
- Administration of the Hoval website - blog articles, product pages, news and more
- Social media management – LinkedIn, content creation and monitoring
- Organization of events and webinars in cooperation with the sales team and the product department
- Working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics
- Cooperation with external agencies for PPC campaigns and other online activities
- Cooperation with external agencies for print and other materials
Our requirements:
- Completed education or ongoing training in the field of Marketing or completed courses are an advantage
- English language – mandatory, level B1 / B2, good conversational level
- German - an advantage
- Good management of own working hours
- Teamwork skills

- Remuneration system: fixed base + bonuses according to results
Who is the right candidate for us?
- Experience as a marketing specialist or marketing student - a motivated person with an interest in this field - is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing) is an advantage
- Computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign and others are an advantage
- Good organization and attention to detail; creativity is an advantage
- Communication and writing skills in Bulgarian and English
- Candidate with a strong desire and motivation to develop as a marketing specialist
