Dorottya Udvar was named after Dorothy Louise Latta, the mother of the first owner of the office building. As an old military clothing factory, the building is more than 100 years old and needed to be renovated.

The owner and the property management have decided to install an environment-friendly heating solution. So they mounted an Hoval UltraGas (1000) condensing gas boiler on the newest state of art.
